- Noodles 300gm
- Thinly sliced onion ½ cup
- Thinly sliced coloured capsicum ½ cup
- Shredded cabbage ½ cup
- Shredded carrots ½ cup
- Chopped stems spring onion 3-4
- Grated cloves of garlic 3-4
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Chopped green chilli as per your taste
- Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
- Chilli vinegar 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp

How To Prepare A Veggie Noodles Recipe?
- Take 2 cups water, 1tsp oil, and a pinch of salt and add to the noodles so that it gets boiled.
- When noodles get boiled drains the hot water and put them in a colander. Make sure that you lightly hands toss the noodles so that they separated from each other.
- After this prepare the gravy while heating 2tbsp of oil in kadhai or wok. Now put grated garlic in green chillies in hot oil to make them fry.
- Next add onions, bell peppers, shredded cabbage, chopped spring onion whites and carrots.
- Ensure that you toss the vegetables after few minutes and stir fry them on high flame until they perfectly get cooked but don’t overcook to make them crunchy.
