Ingredients To Make Vegetable Noodles Recipe

  • Noodles 300gm
  • Thinly sliced onion ½ cup
  • Thinly sliced coloured capsicum ½ cup
  • Shredded cabbage ½ cup
  • Shredded carrots ½ cup
  • Chopped stems spring onion 3-4
  • Grated cloves of garlic 3-4
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli as per your taste
  • Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Chilli vinegar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt as per your taste

How To Prepare A Veggie Noodles Recipe?

  1. Take 2 cups water, 1tsp oil, and a pinch of salt and add to the noodles so that it gets boiled.
  2. When noodles get boiled drains the hot water and put them in a colander. Make sure that you lightly hands toss the noodles so that they separated from each other.
  3. After this prepare the gravy while heating 2tbsp of oil in kadhai or wok. Now put grated garlic in green chillies in hot oil to make them fry.
  4. Next add onions, bell peppers, shredded cabbage, chopped spring onion whites and carrots.
  5. Ensure that you toss the vegetables after few minutes and stir fry them on high flame until they perfectly get cooked but don’t overcook to make them crunchy.
  6. After that put soy sauce, black pepper, green chilli sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and salt according to taste.
  7. To mix the sauces properly toss the vegetables lightly.
  8. Now put boiled noodles into the vegetables and toss them.
  9. Apart from the tossing, you can also use forks to mix the noodles with vegetables.
  10. To garnish the noodles add some chopped spring onion greens.
