  • Water – 4 cups
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

  • Grind all the ingredient using the mixer grinder and make a smooth paste
  • Add all the ingredients like bay leaf, peppercorn and cloves into the pan and wait for around 2 minutes
  • Add onion into the mixture and wait for another 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato paste into the mixture
  • Now add all the vegetables that you want to add into your vegetable pulao and let the mixture to get fried for around 2 minutes
  • Now, add garam masala, salt, water, and lemon juice in the mixture.
