List of Ingredients For Pani Puri Recipe:

For Puri:

  • Rava/Suji- 1 cup
  • Maida- 2 tablespoons
  • Oil- 3 tablespoons
  • Hot water- ¼ cup
  • Oil – 5 small cups for frying.

For Teekha Pani:

  • Mint- ¼ cup
  • Coriander-10-15 leaves
  • Green chili- 2
  • Ginger- 1 inch
  • Chat masala- 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder- 1teaspoon
  • Salt- ¾ teaspoon
  • Tamarind- one small sized

For Khatta Meetha Pani:

  • Jaggery- 3 tablespoons
  • Tamarind extract- 1 cup
  • Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon
  • Hing- a pinch
  • Salt- ¾ teaspoon
  • Pepper powder- ¼ teaspoon

For Aloo Stuffing:

  • Boiled potato- 3
  • Finely chopped onion- ½
  • Cumin powder- ½ teaspoon
  • Chat masala- ½ teaspoon
  • Salt- ½ teaspoon
  • Hing- a pinch

Procedure For Pani Puri Recipe:

For Puri:

  • Take rava and maida in the bowl and pour oil in it. Mixed it properly.
  • Pour the hot water in the mixture of Rava and maida. Start kneading it and do until the dough is prepared. Add the water if required.
  • Cover the soft dough and keep it side for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes again, knead the dough for 3 minutes.
  • Now make the small-sized ball and roll it. Make sure it is flattened as well as thin.
  • Fry on medium flame unless it becomes golden brown as well as crispy. Now your puri is ready.

For Theeka Pani:

  • Take the blender and add mint coriander, ginger, tamarind, salt, and chili. Blend it until you get the smooth paste.
  • Transfer the paste into the jug and pour the water in the jug. After that, add the cumin powder, hing, and chaat masala.
  • Mixed it well. Now the pani is ready.

For Khatta Meetha Pani:

  • Mix the tamarind extract and jaggery in the bowl.
  • After that, add the cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, hing, chaat masala and water as per the requirement. Mix it properly, and the khatta meetha pani is ready to serve.

Stuffing For Pani Puri Recipe:

  • Put the potato, onion, and coriander leaves in the bowl. After that, add the cumin powder, chaat masala, pepper powder.
  • Mix it well, and also stuffing is ready too.
