A Step By Step Guide To Prepare Chicken Curry Recipe
This recipe is one of the easiest recipes and the most delicious one then the other chicken recipes.
Step1. First of all, take a glass bowl and add the chopped chicken pieces in it. Marinate the chicken in curd, red chili powder, and turmeric, salt and then mix all these ingredients with the help of your hands. Keep remember in your mind, longer the marination, better will be the taste.
Step2. This is the step when you have to add soaked cashews and some milk in the grinder. Then make a paste of these two ingredients and keep it aside for further. Then, take a deep saucepan and add oil in it and along with it heat it on the low flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the chopped onions in it and sauté till they slightly turn it in the pinkish color.
Step3. Now add ginger garlic paste and stir it on the medium flame. Add the coriander, pepper powder, cumin powder, and then after some time, you can add chopped tomatoes and leave it for some time.
Step4. In this step, when oil starts separated then you can allow the mixture to cool down. Now keep this pan aside and use the other deep saucepan with oil and put the marinated chicken pieces. Cover the pan with lid.
Step5. Add in the ground spices along with the cashew paste and cook this nearly for 5 minutes, then add it in the blended gravy. You can add more water to make a thin paste. Cook covered till the chicken pieces are tender and add salt.
