Ingredients To Make Malai Kofta

  1. Crumbled paneer one heaped cup
  2. Boiled potato one heaped cup and crumbled
  3. Corn flour 2½ tbsp
  4. Ginger paste o tbsp
  5. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Garam masala ½ to 1/3 tsp
  8. Cashew nuts finely chopped 1tbsp
  9. Oil for frying

Ingredients For Gravy

  1. Onions one cup cubed
  2. 1½ tomatoes also cubed
  3. Cashews nuts around 15
  4. Cinnamon sticks one inch
  5. Cloves 4
  6. Cardamoms 6 green

Various Other Ingredients To Make This Dish

  1. Oil 2 tbsp
  2. Bay leaf 1
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Sugar around ½ to ¾ tsp
  7. Water
  8. Kasuri methi ½ to ¾ tsp
  9. Cream 3 to 4 tbsp

Preparing The Gravy Of Malai Kofta Recipe

  1. First, heat the pan, adding oil in it. Now add cloves, cardamoms, cashews, onions.
  2. Stir them until onions turn golden brown
  3. After that add tomatoes and again stir them until they get soft and mushy
  4. Now, add some water to paste and boil until they get soft
  5. Next, turn off the stove and blend that paste.
  6. Now, take another pan and add oil in it. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamoms. Saute them for at least one minute
